One of her strengths is a good knowledge of wildflowers. She supported Lezant School in their nature activities and is now leading a Wildlife Group for U3A.

Marbled White Butterfly by Tessa Baker
The Marbled White is a SW species, seen from June to August but we do not see very many of them, most years. It is found in fields, meadows and woodland rides, especially on chalky soil. The cream coloured caterpillars feed on meadow grasses..
